I made an almond burger yesterday, but there is too many ingredients. I put in soaked almonds in a blender, carrots, glove of garlic, all kinds of spices. (Total of nine ingredients.) Could it be any simpler than that?

Compared to the ground beef I made up the other day for Hamburger Helper, this is a definite step up. This is one of the biggest reasons I am happy for Fanny coming home – I can eat proper food again (I am useless on my own).
